Product characteristics

■ Rubber welding machine cable operates at low voltage (maximum voltage at 200V) and high current with certain heat resistance required.

■ Allowable enduring operating temperature of electric welding machine shall be no more than 65℃.

■ The frequent movement, twist and laying of cable requires it to be soft and flexible with good bending performance.

■ Since cable is easily to be scraped or scratched by cutting steel and iron parts during laying, the cable sheath is required to be highly tearing-resistant and wear-resisting.

■ Complicated operating circumstances such as sunlight, rain, and contact with concrete, grease and acid-base fluids require it to have certain weather resistance, oil resistance and solvent resistance.

■ Sometimes, the cable may come in contact with heated welded parts and thus it is required to have good heat-resistance and morphotropism.
