Introduction to the characteristics and structure of mining cable
Mining cable is the abbreviation of coal mining cable. mining cables are flame retardant cables. U type (M type) rubber sheathed cable for coal mine.

Characteristics of mining cable
The power frequency rated voltage U0/U is 380/660V, 660/1140V, 1.9/3.3kv, 3.6/6kv, 6/10KV, 8.7/10KV.
Allowable working temperature of cable conductor: 65 ℃ 90 ℃.
The allowable working ambient temperature of the cable is - 35 ℃.
Cable bending radius: no more than 6 times of the cable outer diameter.
Mining cable structure:
1. Conductor: annealed copper wire with diameter of 0.30, 0.42, 0.52, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80, 0.90 (mm).
2. Insulating material: high-density polyethylene or polypropylene, and the color of insulated wire shall be marked according to the full chromatographic standard.
3. Insulated wire pair: Twist two insulated wires of different colors into pairs according to different pitches, and use the specified chromatographic combination to identify wire pairs.
4. Core structure of communication cable: 1 pair is taken as the basic unit, and more than 25 pairs of cables are combined according to the unit. Each unit is bound with a unit tie of the specified color spectrum, so as to identify different individual positions. The cables of 100 pairs and above have 1% reserved pairs, but no more than 6 pairs. The gap in the cable core is filled with petroleum jelly.
5. Cable core tape: wrap with polyester film tape.
6. Copper wire or corrugated (or non corrugated) metal tape shall be used, and the metal tape shall be longitudinally wrapped outside the core tape of communication cable.
7. Jacket: blue polyethylene. Double sheathed communication cables are also available
